Liam has a diverse background across several industries, in roles that always focused on delivering an extraordinary client experience. He manages the team that guides our clients through programs, providing hands-on support to ensure that advisors can take meaningful action.
Liam has a strong commitment to ensuring client success, drawing on a background in both operations and client experience with companies like HelloFresh, The Toronto Blue Jays and Business Class Transfers. He has managed the client experience for businesses across North America, Europe and Oceania.
Liam graduated with a BA from Wilfrid Laurier University and a Master of Business from Griffith University in Gold Coast, Australia. Outside of the office you can find Liam supporting all of Toronto's sports teams or enjoying the outdoors with his dog Harry.
