Jackie guides our clients through programs, providing hands-on support to ensure that advisors can take meaningful action. She works directly with advisors to manage their client feedback programs, provides support for those in our training programs and plays a critical role in our thought leadership activities, such as the podcast and blog. Jackie is not only an expert on our programs but draws on her experience working as an assistant for several financial advisors, which included managing all aspects of client service including responding to client questions, initiating and monitoring transfers and updating client accounts. She also worked in customer service outside the industry. Her industry experience provides her with unique insights into the challenges and benefits of designing a differentiated client experience. Jackie holds a B.A. from the University of Victoria and supports our clients in both English and French.
